Last Saturday, March 26, 2016, Rowena and I went to BGC for the Walkway event by Church Simplified. Ang saya dahil hindi kami pareho sanay mag-commute papuntang BGC tapos wala pa MRT that day kaya nag-bus kami. Sa bus pa lang ang fruitful na ng kwentuhan namin, future plans, the real deal in making a decision (I’ll try na i-blog din ‘to), current posture of our heart at mga random topics na like yung pagiging always late nya, hahahaha.
When we reached BGC, bigla kami nagutom. HAHAHAHA so kain muna sa SnR. We saw Ogie & Regine, and dahil famous singer yung friend ko, we took the chance na makapagpapicture sa kanila. #fangirling
At dahil hindi na mashado mainit, pumunta na kami sa walkway which is HINDI NAMIN ALAM EXACTLY KUNG SAAN. Ang galing namin eh, hahahaha. Basta lakad lang, ganern.
Finally!

Almost 3 hours yung journey namin from Station 1 to Station 14. And indeed ang daming realization per station. Sa Station 1 kukuha ka ng red paper tas ilalagay mo dun yung mga down moments mo, pwede na kung may current struggle ka or yung fears mo. Tapos dala-dala mo yung paper na yun as you continue your journey sa walkway. Station 3 is about our country, may sample ballot sila na sasagutan mo tas ihuhulog dun sa malaking box. Sa Station 4, about helping kids sa Smokey mountain, may donation box sila dun and you can give a generous donation of 5 pesos, pero sympre pwede mo dagdagan yun. Pero assurance lang dina tlaga yung last statement na “The mere presence of Christ that freed Barabbas has the power to free you too.” Isa sa favorite ko yung Station 8, may piece of paper tapos isusulat mo yung prayer mo, then bago mo ilagay sa bowl full of prayers, kukuha ka muna ng isang prayer dun from a complete stranger tapos ipagdadasal mo. Imagine, someone na hindi mo kakilala or nakikita pa is praying for you! Amazing lang di ba? Pinaka-favorite ko yung Station 9. Remember yung piece ng red paper from Station 1& 2 , you’ll be asked to nailed it on the cross. At that moment, while I’m nailing my paper on the cross, pakiramdam ko ako mismo yung nagpapako kay Jesus, na dahil sa mga kasalanan ko kaya nya sinapit yun. Pero I am also reminded kung gaano kalaki yung pagmamahal ng Diyos, na to let His love absorb all my sins. Sa Station 10 naman sobrang kinilig ako, days before the walkway, may nakita ako na post na nagpapasend sila ng picture ng mga nanay. I immediately emailed yung latest picture namin ni mommy. Station 11 naman reminded me to trust the Lord and that He is forever faithful to us.Sa Station 12 may black tent tapos kailangan mo pumasok dun, pagpasok sa loob madilim talaga, then sa isang side ng wall may mesage galing kay Jesus. Again, thank you! And lastly sa Station 14, is a promise na there is a love greater than the grave.

Talagang a year after my post, Forgiving Saturday.
Love you!
